Latvian Eminence
In order to better connect with people the largest supermarket chain in Latvia Maxima decided to sponsor and organize event to award the brightest of schoolchildren.
Name, mechanics, awards and all the paraphernalia was developed by AlphaBaltic creative team, as well as organizational solutions provided by project manager department in cooperation with Maxima team responsible for the event. 

The project rolled loud in the cooperation with one of the main TV channels in the country and many schools sent their brightest minds to participate and fight for the laurels in five different categories of excellence.

With the support of in-store advertising many people were able to vote for their favourite thus choosing the best in the opinion of the public. 

As a result Maxima got a lot of positive publications but 50 of the best schoolchildren were awarded a monetary gift for further development in the field of their interests.
