Task
Our task was to increase fuel sales in all Neste stations during the summer period and to increase the emotional engagement with customers as Neste is an automatic fuel station network with no staff and no personal service.
Solution
We came up with a creative solution that involves customers in an emotional level using the well know rivalry between the owners of diesel and petrol engines. We created two tribes, each of which has a proud coat of arms  - a symbol for their type of engine.
