Task
Since the Pols ice cream recipe is improved, packaging renewed and the price increased, there is challenge not only to tell story, but to involve people as part of Pols brand and strengthen position “childhood favourite”.
Solution
Social media communication as integrated part of general Pols communication strategy:
  • Accounts in 3 largest social media;
  • Implementation of campaign “In search of Pols faces” and race “Run for Pols”;
  • Daily communication with interesting news and facts.
Results:
  • 0- 3,953 followers in 3 months;
  • 4,616 votes for Pols advertisement faces;
  • “Run for Pols” resulted in 45% fan involvement increase;
  • After-campaign popularity of Pols brand -91% of TA.
